How long does it take for me to receive my order?

For Same-Day Deliveries, orders must be placed before 1pm on Mondays to Fridays, and before 12pm on Saturdays. Deliveries start at 2pm until the last order is delivered. Regret no deliveries on Sundays.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Regretfully, we do not offer a return policy. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send an email to and we will make it up to you.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into your account, scroll down to “Addresses” on the left-hand menu, and click on “edit” under Shipping Address.

How do I track the status of my order?

Log into your account and scroll down to “Orders” on the left-hand menu.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please notify us no less than 48hrs before your order is scheduled to arrive

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the whole of South Africa.

Will my items come in one package?

Most of the time. If it is in more than one package, it’ll still be delivered together.
